A77 Suites occupies a listed 19th-century neoclassical building on Adrianou Street — one of Plaka's most famous pedestrian thoroughfares, a few hundred metres from the Acropolis. The building dates to the early 1800s, when its ground floor housed stables. Today it holds 12 all-suite rooms across three floors, meticulously restored to preserve marble floors, gypsum ceilings with original cornice detailing, and brass fixtures, all set against a quiet white-and-neutral palette punctuated with curated modern art. There is no lobby in the traditional sense: guests check in through the A77 Boutique on the ground floor, a concept store selling Greek designer fashion and handcrafted accessories.

The entry-level room at A77, and still a proper suite. At 22 sqm it is genuinely compact, but the white colour palette and high ceilings make it feel bigger than the numbers suggest.
