One of the rare hotels that actually walks the walk on sustainability and community without making it a marketing exercise — recycled and second-hand furnishings, locally sourced food, organic spa products, and a programming calendar that runs seven nights a week. The Michelin Guide flagged it as the hotel threatening to put Palm Springs back on the map for a whole new generation.
A former Howard Johnson's turned mid-century desert playground. Ace took this 1965 roadside motor inn and stripped it back to its bones — then put it back together with vintage furniture, organic mattresses, record players in every room, and two seriously deep pools. The vibe is more summer camp than resort, and that's entirely the point.

King bed plus a proper living room separated by a curtain. Bathroom with a deep bathtub — rare for this property. Blue sofa, rustic coffee table, canopy door with guitar vibes. One of the more romantic options on the floor.

A step up: king bed in a separate room, plus an upscale living room with vintage furniture and two couches. 55-inch flat screen, Music Hall radio, record player, and a red-and-grey tiled shower bathroom. No patio, but the interiors are notably nicer.
