A 10-room adults-only chalet run by the Bonato family at the edge of a forest in San Michele, sitting at the foot of Alpe di Siusi — Europe's largest high-alpine pasture. Owner Gabriela heads the kitchen herself, and gourmet half-board is included in your nightly rate. The wellness zone in the basement houses a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and an outdoor Jacuzzi pointed directly at the Sciliar massif.
