A 1958 motor lodge turned Michelin Select boutique stay in south-central Colorado. Owners Kaitlyn Canfield and Philip Sterling gutted the place in 2016 and rebuilt it around Southwestern geometry, Tuft & Needle mattresses, and Malin + Goetz bath products. The real draw is the fleet of five named Airstream trailers parked out back — PeeWee, Merle, Velma, Diana, and Francis — sitting behind a stick fence like the world's coolest motor court.

Deluxe King
Two of these rooms were originally double-queen layouts, converted into more generous single-king retreats. The addition of a velvet couch makes a real difference in a space this size. Same quality art and amenities throughout, with a private bathroom.

Diana Airstream
The grand option — a 33-foot trailer from the 1970s with a queen bed and bunk beds for up to four guests. The best Airstream for an adventurous family or group. Shared bathrooms nearby. At 33 feet, there's real room to move.
Queen + BunksFrancis Airstream
Recently renovated and one of the more spacious trailers, with a queen bed and two bunks for four guests. Same authentic trailer-camping experience with shared bathrooms. Thin walls are worth noting — pack layers in winter and don't expect air conditioning to work instantly on scorching summer days.
Queen + BunksMerle Airstream
The oldest trailer on the property, built in 1958. Recently updated with a queen bed, but Merle keeps its polished steel interior walls — sitting inside feels like the inside of a very stylish mirror. Shared bathrooms nearby. The oldest bones, the most character.
QueenPeeWee Airstream
The coziest of the five trailers. A queen bed, creative furnishings, and Roku TV. Shared bathrooms are just steps away in a dedicated, clean facility — but you will be walking outside. Best for those who want the full Airstream experience without spending on the larger units. Check the forecast: thin walls mean cold winter nights and warm summer afternoons.

Standard King
Compact but well-considered motel room with a king bed, private bathroom, and curated Southwestern art on the walls. At 226 sq ft it's no suite, but the quality of the fittings — Tuft & Needle mattress, Malin + Goetz toiletries, air conditioning, flat-screen TV — punches above the floor plan. Rooms have balconies or patios. Dog-friendly options available on request.

Standard Two Queen
Same footprint as the Standard King but with two queen beds — the pick for families or friend groups. Each room has its own character through curated art and furnishings. Private bathroom included. Dog-friendly based on availability.
Two QueensVelma Airstream
A 26-foot 1966 Airstream Overlander — one of the more spacious options in the fleet. Queen bed, ample storage, and seamlessly integrated modern amenities. Shared bathroom facility steps from the trailer. Good balance of space and vintage character.
