The Anna Suite is designed entirely by Anthropologie Home — a one-of-a-kind collaboration.
A 50-room boutique hotel that opened in 2024 inside a landmarked 18th-century building in Philadelphia's Fishtown. The structure started life in 1769 as 'The Mansion House,' then ran for 150 years as the Penn Asylum for Indigent Widows & Single Women, and finally spent decades as a nursing facility before closing in 2020. Foyer Project bought it, worked with the Philadelphia Historical Commission to preserve its historic bones, and added a heated courtyard pool, a Corsican-Sardinian restaurant, a cocktail bar, and a proper spa. The result is arguably Fishtown's first full-featured boutique hotel — and one that earned a Michelin Key in 2025.

Anna Suite by Anthropologie Home
The showstopper. A two-bedroom penthouse designed entirely by Anthropologie Home, with its own private staircase, 360° views of Fishtown, industrial skylights, soaring ceilings, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is nothing else like it in Philadelphia. Minimum 2-night stay required; no elevator access.
King and Queen
Bel Suite
The hotel's premier single-bedroom suite in the Main Building. Private balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, soaking tub, large kitchenette, and access to the shared Wellness Terrace. The soaking tub alone is worth the upgrade. Perfect for two.

Loft Suite
The entire third floor of the historic townhouse. Slanted ceilings, exposed beams, and original brick details give it serious atmosphere. The kitchen and living area overlook the interior courtyard; the bedroom faces Susquehanna. Only reachable via a narrow original staircase — not accessible for guests with mobility needs.
One Bedroom King Suite
King bed version of the one-bedroom suite format, with a separate living area. Found in both the Townhouse and Main Building, with the same luxury in-room kit across all configurations.
KingOne Bedroom Queen Suite
A proper suite with a separate living area and queen bed, located in both the Townhouse and Main Building. Select rooms include a sleeper sofa — good for traveling with a third guest or spreading out gear.
QueenOne Bedroom Suite + Sofa Bed
King bed in the bedroom, separate living room with a discreet pull-out sofa. Best choice for families or two friends who want separate sleeping spaces without booking a full two-bedroom configuration.
KingSignature King
King-bed version of the Signature rooms. Some feature shared balconies and high ceilings — worth requesting at booking. All carry the same elevated in-room kit as the Queens.
KingSignature Queen
The entry-level room, but far from an afterthought. Each one has a distinct layout and character drawn from the building's history — varying in ceiling height, light, and view. All come loaded with Le Labo amenities, Frette towels and slippers, Bellino linens, and a Nespresso machine.
QueenStudio Suite
Available in both the Main Building and the Townhouse — each with its own personality. Spacious by boutique hotel standards, with modern finishings and a studio layout. A solid step up from the Signature rooms without the price tag of the full suites.
Townhouse Suite
A self-contained two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite spread across the adjacent townhouse, with two private entrances (one on Susquehanna, one through the courtyard). Includes a queen suite with a bright street-facing living room, plus a separate king studio — flexible enough for families or two couples traveling together. Direct access to the back patio. Sleeps up to 4; 2-night minimum.
