Why It Matters

Holds one Michelin Key and is Greece's first LEED Gold-certified boutique hotel. The only property in Athens where you can soak in a rooftop jetted tub while staring directly at the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Member of The Leading Hotels of the World, opened August 2024.

Anthology of Athens opened in August 2024 and immediately became one of the city's most talked-about new addresses. Positioned directly across from the Temple of Olympian Zeus, with the Acropolis clearly visible from the rooftop, the five-story hotel holds just 18 rooms and suites. The exterior facade deliberately features 16 columns that echo the surviving columns of the adjacent Temple. Inside, a cascading vertical garden dominates the central atrium, while rooms are finished in sage, ivory, and parquet floors with marble bathrooms cut from the same Tinian stone used in the Acropolis Museum.
