Archibald De Prince is a one-star Michelin restaurant with rooms set in a former mill on a one-hectare estate in the Mullerthal (Luxembourg's Little Switzerland) region. Chef Archibald De Prince, a Bocuse d'Or winner for the Belgian team, opened this place in November 2024 with his wife Rachel, earning a Michelin star just six months later. The food is the main event here: a single eight-course tasting menu driven by hyper-local, seasonal produce. Rooms are above the restaurant and in an adjacent annex — simple, nature-focused, no TVs, designed to let you sleep off a long dinner without worrying about the drive home.

Two-level rooms in a more modern annex building. The annex was recent and required no renovation. Same no-TV, nature-first ethos as the rest of the property, but with more ceiling height and a split-level layout. Families with children sometimes booked here.
DoubleStandard Room
Simple, comfortable rooms in the main building or annex, designed specifically as a peaceful base after dinner rather than a luxury hotel experience. No television — intentionally stripped of distractions. Private bathroom with shower, minibar, and WiFi.
DoubleSuite
Located in the main building upstairs, one of only a few larger accommodations. Same philosophy as the standard rooms — quiet, simple, nature-oriented — but with more space. No television.

The Mullerthal Trail, one of Luxembourg's most famous hiking routes through rocky forest and gorge landscapes, is a 10-minute drive from the property. The area is popular for day hikes.
