KingLoft Suite — Dune Terrace
Inspired by a true urban loft: 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a proper dining nook, and a large seating area. The private outdoor terrace looks out over the dune garden. Glass-enclosed rain shower and separate W.C. in the bathroom. This is where the property's design ambitions really show.
KingLoft Suite — Partial Ocean View
Same loft concept — 11-foot ceilings, open floor plan — but with partial Atlantic views from the private open-air terrace. Steps up from the dune suite in terms of scenery.
KingPenthouse — Ocean View
The top of the house. Over 1,000 square feet with a private oversized wraparound terrace, separate king bedroom, a large living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling 11-foot windows framing the ocean. Two full bathrooms including a glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower. Can be combined with adjacent rooms to create a 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom arrangement on request.

Entry-level room with city-facing views. Private balcony, soaring ceilings, and the same understated loft aesthetic as the rest of the property. If you're mostly here for the beach, pool, and Drawing Room, this is the smart value pick.

A step up in scenery: private terrace looking out over the landscaped dune garden. Quieter vibe than ocean-facing rooms. Same quality finishes throughout.
KingStandard King — Partial Ocean View
Ocean views from a private balcony. Not a fully unobstructed panorama, but you'll wake up to the Atlantic every morning. Great middle-ground for the price.
KingSuite — Ocean View
One-bedroom suite with full ocean views, a private wraparound terrace with direct pool access, and two chairs for watching the Atlantic. This is the one if you want to feel connected to both the ocean and the hotel's pool scene simultaneously.
KingTerrace Suite — Poolside
A one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, two full baths, and a dining area. Large open living room with natural light and expansive terraces. Feels closer to a proper apartment than a hotel room — ideal for longer stays or those who want to settle in.
