A former coaching inn dating to 1786, the Auberge du Bon Laboureur is now a 5-star boutique hotel spread across five stone village houses in the heart of Chenonceaux. The Jeudi family has run it for over a hundred years, and that generational ownership shows in every detail — from the kitchen garden supplying the restaurant to the way staff remember your preferences. The Château de Chenonceau is literally a few minutes' walk out the front door.

Family Suite
Located in the Manoir and Maison La Fontaine, these are the Auberge's most family-friendly option — a proper bedroom separated from a lounge, sleeping 2 adults and 1–2 children. Two of the suites have been fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Spacious enough that everyone actually gets their own corner.

At 30–35m², these are genuinely spacious for a French boutique property. Some are on the first floor for unobstructed views; others are on the ground floor with direct garden access. Thoughtfully furnished and among the most requested room types. Sleeps 2.

The Signature Rooms function like small self-contained apartments within the hamlet — a sleeping area plus a separate lounge, totalling 40–50m². Good for longer stays or anyone wanting genuine space.
