Bioli Wellness Resort
Biophilic, medically-oriented wellness sanctuary. Think forest bungalows with floor-to-ceiling windows, not spa weekends with cucumber water. Serious wellness meets genuinely stunning nature.

Why It Matters
One of very few true medical wellness resorts in the Caucasus — selected by the Michelin Guide (2025) and winner of the international 'Best Luxury Forest Resort' award. Founded by Dr. Tamaz Mchedlidze, the property blends preventive medicine, Georgian herbal traditions, and biophilic eco-architecture into a single concept that has no direct regional equivalent.
Bioli sits 1,200 meters above Tbilisi in the Kojori hills, spread across 32 hectares of native forest. The architecture is the first thing that grabs you: the main building has a grass-covered sloping roof, and the eco-cottages — built on stilts among tall trees — are sustainably constructed and designed to blur the line between inside and out. But Bioli is more than a pretty forest retreat; it operates as a full medical wellness resort, with physicians on staff, cellular-level health diagnostics, and programs ranging from detox and immune support to weight management and sleep regulation.
