Boardwalk is a 49-casita adults-only boutique hotel built on a former coconut plantation, a 3-minute walk from Palm Beach. Family-run by Aruban twin sisters Kimberly and Stephanie Rooijakkers, who bought the property in 2011, it's the first and only hotel in the Dutch Caribbean to earn two Michelin Keys. The vibe is barefoot luxury: pastel and jewel-toned private casitas scattered through lush gardens, over-water hammocks at two pools, and a restaurant that sources from local farmers.
