Bommeljé
Relaxed coastal boutique. Think understated luxury with Zeeland soul — warm natural materials, room for a good book, and a bottle of wine. Not a party hotel. Not a business hotel. It's the kind of place couples and solo travelers come back to.

Why It Matters
One of the most prominent boutique hotels in Zeeland, listed on Tablet Hotels and fully renovated in 2023. The breadth of room types — from studios with kitchenettes to sprawling Pure Living suites of up to 59 m² — makes it work for everything from long self-catering stays to romantic weekends with a private whirlpool. It also packages directly with Restaurant Mezger, a Michelin-selected fine-dining restaurant in Domburg.
Hotel Bommeljé is a 49-room boutique hotel on a quiet street right in the heart of Domburg, the most popular seaside resort in Zeeland. The beach is a five-minute walk; the town's boutiques and cafés are two minutes. A full 2023 renovation replaced the original black-and-white interior with a warmer coastal palette — copper tones, oak floors, terrazzo stone — giving the place genuine character without going overboard. There's a proper hotel bar, a breakfast restaurant open to non-guests, and a terrace for those post-beach moments.
