Junior Suite Il Casone
Inspired by the 'casoni' — the traditional lagoon fishermen's huts — this junior suite leans into its heritage with furnishings made from recycled cardboard, a material choice that's more elegant than it sounds. Large room with a double bed and a small balcony directly overlooking the surrounding lagoon and nature. Stone pine wood contributes to natural air purification.

At 45 sqm in a single open room, this is the kind of junior suite that actually feels like one. Built from stone pine (cembro) wood throughout — a material that actively purifies air. King-size bed (or twin on request), a living area, and a large scenic shower. The panoramic balcony comes with a table, two chairs, and sun loungers: breakfast out here is a real option, and it's worth ordering it. Directly overlooks the Grado lagoon and the golf course.

Standard Room
The smallest room in the hotel at around 25 sqm — and the main trade-off versus the junior suites is space, not quality. Organized birdwatching tours with experienced guides and ornithologists, getting up close to the rich fauna of the Grado lagoon — wild geese, flamingos, swans, herons. Binoculars are also left in each room for independent birdwatching from the balcony or terrace.
The Valle Cavanata Regional Natural Reserve is 1.8km from the hotel — about a 20-minute walk. The reserve protects a rich wetland ecosystem. Trails also connect to the Isonzo river mouth area.
High-quality bicycles provided complimentary for rides through the surrounding lagoon landscape, nature reserves, and toward Grado town. Idyllic cycling and hiking trails run through the lagoon.
