Eleven rooms perched directly above a quiet Adriatic bay in Pjescana Uvala, about 3 km outside central Pula. The building is modern and the look is entirely owner-conceived — think floor-to-ceiling windows, deep-pile rugs, wooden sculptures, and hand-picked design objects in neutral tones with pops of colour. The top-floor Penthouse takes things further with its own private indoor pool under a retractable roof. On-site is the Mythos Med Spa, which runs genuinely clinical aesthetic treatments (Botox, fillers, laser) alongside massages and body treatments.

The entry point at Valsabbion, and still well above average. Individually styled with natural materials, deep-pile rugs, and carefully chosen throws and cushions. Glazed balcony with garden or sea views. Anti-allergic furnishings throughout.
Deluxe City Suite
Off-site in the historic Villa Munz near the Roman Amphitheatre in central Pula. Managed by Valsabbion with access to all hotel facilities. For guests who want to be in the thick of the old town rather than out at the bay.
Junior Suite
Spacious step up from the classic rooms, with the defining feature being a large private terrace. Good for anyone who wants outdoor living space without going all the way to the Penthouse.
Penthouse Suite
The whole top floor. A private indoor pool with a retractable roof faces directly out to sea — you can open it up for sun or keep it closed for privacy. Add a sauna, a large terrace, indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and gym equipment. Penthouse guests get a couple's massage delivered to the suite. This is the headline room and one of the most distinctive in Istria.
