Campos Polanco is a 12-suite luxury boutique hotel inside a completely refurbished 1950s Art Deco building on Campos Elíseos street in Polanco, one of Mexico City's wealthiest districts. It's designed to feel like a very high-end private residence: marble-clad communal kitchens, midcentury-inspired fireplaces, a bespoke art collection, and complimentary mezcal at 5pm. No restaurant, no pool — but the social spaces and rooftop terrace more than compensate, and the staff's concierge game for Polanco's top tables (Pujol, Quintonil) is first-rate.

Ariosto Residence
The largest configuration at 1,850 sq ft, sleeping four. Combines one Polanco Suite and one Park Terrace or Park Studio, plus exclusive use of a full per-floor social space with kitchen (La Biblioteca on the first floor, El Estudio on the second, La Sala on the third). Two separate ensuite bathrooms — one with dual rainfall showers and a tub, one with a rainfall shower. Available by request only; not bookable directly online.

Campos Residence
The flagship one-bedroom residence at 1,500 sq ft. Folding glass doors open to a balcony facing Líbano Garden. There's a park-facing lounge with sofa, armchairs, and a fireplace; a separate work area; and a full kitchen with a breakfast bar. Guests rave about waking up to tree canopy views. The bathroom has dual rainfall showers, a soaking tub, and the signature Bisazza mosaic. A guest powder room is included.

Park Studio
Located on the second, third, and fourth floors with views over the interior courtyard and its vertical garden wall. Midcentury wood furnishings and custom feature wallpaper give it a polished, design-forward feel. The bathroom has an Art Deco-inspired monochrome Bisazza tile mosaic with a rainfall shower.

Same footprint as the Park Studio at 318 sq ft, but this ground-floor unit comes with a generous 330 sq ft private furnished patio overlooking the interior courtyard and vertical garden. A great option if you want outdoor space without going full residence.
