Can Aulí is a 17th-century townhouse — originally the village surgeon's home — turned into a 21-room adults-only boutique hotel in the old quarter of Pollença, northern Mallorca. The original stone arches, thick walls, and grand staircases are fully intact; the design team layered in earthy minimalism: hemp rugs, hand-woven throws, Mallorcan ceramics, and artworks by local artists.
