The cliff-top setting is singular — sea views from almost every corner of the estate, private cove access via rock-cut steps, and an in-house Michelin Guide-listed restaurant (Can Simoneta Gastronòmic) serving a 'Mexiterranean' tasting menu that puts Mexican-Mallorcan fusion on the map. A 5-star adults-only clifftop finca hotel perched 35 meters above the Bay of Canyamel on Mallorca's east coast. The original main building was constructed over 140 years ago as a monk's retreat — the good doctor prescribed seawater treatments — and the estate's three honey-colored farmhouses were meticulously restored in 2004. Today, 26 individually designed rooms spread across 150,000 m² of gardens and cliffs, with a staircase hand-carved into the sandstone leading down to a private rocky cove.
