Cook Madonna
Laid-back Alpine minimalism. Natural materials, earthy tones, soft lighting. Think slow mornings in a king bed, afternoon sauna, aperitivo at the bar — not raucous après-ski.

Why It Matters
Casa Cook's first-ever mountain retreat and Italian debut. The only adults-only design hotel in Madonna di Campiglio. A three-Michelin-starred chef curates the restaurant menu. Opened summer 2025 in a building that previously housed Hotel Milano.
Casa Cook Madonna is the brand's first mountain property — and first Italian hotel — sitting at 1,550m in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio. Just 50 rooms, all adults-only (16+), built from stone and timber with earthy tones, linen, wool, and dark wood throughout. The design partnership between Casa Collective and Remo Masala keeps things pared-back rather than grandiose: think cosy Alpine chalet meets cool minimalism, not gilded ski lodge. The restaurant is led by Dutch three-Michelin-starred chef Jacob Jan Boerma, and ski lifts are a short stroll from the front door.
