Casa Dell'Arte is what happens when a family of serious art collectors decide to open their home to the world. Owners Fatoş and Yunus Büyükkuşoğlu have spent over thirty years acquiring works at auctions and private studios — Turkish masterpieces, Fabergé eggs, even a Botero — and this 12-suite seafront hotel on Torba Bay is as much their personal exhibition space as it is a boutique hotel. It feels like staying in the villa of a cultivated world traveler, because that's essentially what it is. The property sits right on the water in the old fishing village of Torba, about 10 minutes north of Bodrum town, and operates seasonally from May through the end of September.

Duplex Suites — Sagittarius & Scorpio
Loft-style two-level suites at 105 sqm with separate bedroom and living room — more privacy than the combined-layout rooms. Pool and garden views. Each suite has its own authenticated contemporary Turkish masterpiece from the owners' private collection. Bathroom has two vanities and a glass-enclosed shower. The Scorpio suite was called 'larger than our flat in London' by one guest, which tells you something.

The flagship rooms. Two 110 sqm suites on the 2nd floor with panoramic views of Torba Bay. Combined bedroom and living area, a fully furnished terrace looking directly over the water, and a bathroom with two vanities and a freestanding tub. Large modern paintings and sculptural lighting make them feel like mini galleries. Pale wooden floors stretch toward the horizon and deliberately echo the feeling of a sandy beach.

Garden view standard suites on the 2nd floor, same 50 sqm footprint as Gemini & Pisces but elevated. Combined bedroom and living room layout. A solid, honest room without the sea-view premium.

How you'll actually spend your days.
The hotel itself is an ongoing exhibition. The Büyükkuşoğlu family collection spans Turkish contemporary masterpieces, Fabergé eggs, sculpture, and a Botero — displayed throughout suites, terraces, and common spaces. Guests have free access to the collection throughout their stay.

The hotel operates two traditional Turkish gulets, each sleeping 10 guests across 5 cabins. Itineraries cover the Turkish Aegean shores and Greek Islands. Best sailing season runs May through November; July and August are peak. Custom itineraries can be arranged.
The private jetty extends directly into Torba Bay. Chaise lounges and umbrellas are set up along it. The water is calm, clear, and ideal for swimming directly off the dock.
