The most distinctive of the three. One bedroom, two full bathrooms, a study with a small day bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private dining room that seats 8–10 guests. That dining room is the real draw — Sister restaurant can cater the whole thing. Couples or small groups who want to host a proper private dinner should book this one.

Priscilla
The biggest of the three apartments — two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, full kitchen, living room, and a Juliet balcony. At around 1,050 sq ft, it's the pick for small groups or anyone who wants genuine room to spread out. The interiors are fully curated with antique and vintage pieces, like everything else in the building.

A one-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom and a study. Full kitchen, living room with a Juliet balcony off it, and in-unit washer and dryer. The layout is compact but feels residential — not cramped. Good for couples who want the full Casa Duro experience without paying for a second bedroom.
