Fourteen rooms, all named after plants or flowers, are scattered through fragrant olive-tree gardens. The whole place is designed to slow you down — concrete floors, king beds, blackout curtains, a stone-lined pool that glows at dusk, and a farm whose produce literally ends up on your dinner plate.
