Ceres am Meer is a sleek, adults-only design hotel sitting right on the Binz seafront promenade on the island of Rügen. Completely renovated and reopened in 2022, it trades the old Baltic resort aesthetic for charcoal-and-white rooms, high ceilings, dark parquet, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea. Just 37 rooms and suites — small enough to feel intentional, large enough to pull off a proper SENSO SPA with a 30-degree pool and brine float tank.
