Why It Matters
One of very few Ardennes properties combining a genuine 19th-century château with a serious gastronomic restaurant (13.5/20 Gault & Millau) and curated Flamant interiors. The owner-chef cooks everything himself, and the wine cellar holds bottles from Dom Pérignon to Krug. You can also book the entire château for groups up to 22.
An 1870 castle outside La Roche-en-Ardenne, now a luxury boutique B&B run by hostess Sandra Lemmens and chef-owner Stefan Jorissen. The whole place was renovated by East Flemish entrepreneurs who brought in the Flamant design aesthetic — think deep colours, linen-covered walls, statement furniture. Ten deluxe rooms, a Gault & Millau-rated restaurant, a wine cellar with 300+ references, and a wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Quiet is not a marketing pitch here — it's genuinely silent, surrounded by a 3-hectare private park.

Entire Château (Exclusive Use)
The entire château can be booked exclusively for groups of up to 22 people. All 10 rooms, restaurant, wellness, grounds and wine cellar — yours. Popular for corporate retreats, milestone celebrations and large family gatherings.
La Grange de Beausaint (Holiday Cottage)
A separate historic building across the domain from the château, fully renovated in 2018. Sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with two single beds) and 3 bathrooms. Has its own terrace and large garden. Pets welcome here. Available for mid-week or weekend stays.
