The 89-room, four-star boutique occupies a classic Copenhagen building in Vesterbro — blue-and-white striped awnings out front, a leafy green courtyard hidden inside. Rooms are small but smartly designed, interiors blend Parisian furniture with Scandinavian minimalism, and the whole operation runs on Cofoco's own 6-hectare solar farm in Jutland, making it carbon-negative.
