Book a Terrace Studio Colima or Club Colima Terrace for the largest rooms (592 sq ft) and the best street-view terraces with woven swings

Why It Matters

Recipient of MICHELIN Keys in both 2024 and 2025. Designed by Alberto Kalach, with a commissioned art collection that genuinely shapes the experience. Every room functions as a full studio apartment — fully equipped kitchen, 430–592 sq ft — in the most walkable dining and gallery neighborhood of Mexico City. Panadería Rosetta (World's 50 Best Restaurants) delivers breakfast daily.

Colima 71 is a 16-studio boutique hotel on one of Roma Norte's most architecturally loaded streets, inside a building designed by Alberto Kalach — Mexico City's foremost contemporary architect — with interiors by Nomah Studio and Karla Celerio. The art isn't decorative wallpaper here; a floor-to-ceiling grid of black-and-white photography by Iñaki Bonilla lines the lobby, a suspended sculpture of upcycled bicycle tires by Guatemalan artist Darío Escobar hangs overhead, and a geometric lattice by Sofía Taboas weaves light through the courtyard. There is no restaurant, no spa, no pool — what you get instead is a beautifully designed base for eating your way through one of the world's great food neighborhoods, with Panadería Rosetta pastries delivered to your door each morning.
