A historic villa in the oldest part of Telavi, Georgia's wine-country capital, turned into a design-forward boutique hotel by the team behind Communal's Tbilisi properties. Moorish archways, sunbaked tiles, and decorative balconies from the original structure stay intact, while rooms come dressed in midnight-blue and emerald-green, handwoven rugs, and vintage writing desks. The whole philosophy here is communal — shared breakfast tables, a lively poolside bar, and a rooftop orangerie that pulls guests out of their rooms.
