Why It Matters
The only hotel in Denmark where HAY has designed the entire interior from scratch — a genuine top-to-bottom collaboration, not just a furniture placement. Also part of Dolce by Wyndham, giving members Wyndham Rewards points.
A 12-floor tower hotel in the dead centre of Aarhus, built in 2014 and fully kitted out by Danish design house HAY — carpets, wallpaper, furniture, all of it. It's aimed squarely at business travellers (20 meeting rooms, a conference hall for 500) but handles leisure guests just fine, especially in corner rooms where floor-to-ceiling windows frame harbour and city views that are genuinely hard to beat in Aarhus. No pool, no spa, but two 24/7 gyms, a solid Nordic restaurant, and one of the city's better gin bars.

A significant step up in size at 35 sqm. These are true corner rooms on floors 3–9 with panoramic windows wrapping around two sides — city views one way, harbour the other. Best value upgrade in the building.

The workhorse room. At 25 sqm there's enough space to breathe. The 180x200 cm bed is actually two 90x200 mattresses side by side — ask at check-in if you'd prefer them separated. Modern HAY décor throughout.
King (180x200 cm, split mattress) · 25 sqmStandard Quadruple Room
Sleeps up to 4, with two double beds. Decorated in the same HAY modern style. At 28 sqm it's cosy for four adults but works well for families with kids.
Two doubles (200x180 cm and 200x160 cm) · 28 sqmStandard Single Room
Compact rooms on floors 3–9, designed by HAY. Tight at 15 sqm, but well thought-out. Bed is 120x200 or 140x200 cm depending on availability.
15 sqmSuperior Corner Room
The top pick for most guests. Same 35 sqm corner layout but on higher floors with more dramatic views, plus access to the 12th-floor Business Lounge. Panoramic views of the city and Aarhus Harbour.
