Copal Tree Lodge is a 3,000-acre certified organic farm, Michelin Key-awarded eco-resort, and working rum distillery all rolled into one — set between 16,000 acres of Belize rainforest and the Caribbean coast in the remote Toledo District. Sixteen suites and a three-bedroom villa fan out across the property, each with floor-to-ceiling jungle views and a private veranda. The food program is genuinely extraordinary: the chef gathers his own conch for ceviche, spears lionfish, and the lodge employs a resident forager who sometimes spends days in the jungle hunting down a single ingredient.

Surrounded by the Belize rainforest, the King Jungle Suites offer a private veranda and a walk-in rainfall shower with expansive floor-to-ceiling jungle views. KingSignature Canopy Suite
Perched at the very top of the lodge above the jungle canopy, these four suites are strictly adults-only and share a private infinity pool and bar. Views sweep from the Maya Mountains all the way to the Caribbean Sea. Each suite has a private veranda for lounging, a private outdoor bathtub, floor-to-ceiling walk-in showers with jungle views, and its own entrance. Custom armoires, a sitting area, ceiling fans, air conditioning, in-room safe, and coffee maker round things out. Small fridge available on request.
KingThree Bedroom Family Villa
Tucked into its own secluded corner of the property, this standalone elevated villa is built for families or groups who want space. Private infinity plunge pool, a full kitchen with oven/microwave/fridge, living room, two full bathrooms, and two screened-in porches with jungle views. Private entrance and private parking.
