Why It Matters
Part of The Luxury Collection (Marriott), but locally grounded through Kanava Hotels — the team that redefined luxury hospitality in Santorini. The Korres-partnered Elios Spa, a named-chef restaurant, custom Jaime Hayon furniture, and a private beach all in a 40-suite property. Paros itself is quieter than Mykonos, which is the point.
Cosme is a 40-suite beachfront resort sitting right on Agii Anargyri beach, a short walk from the harbor town of Naoussa on Paros's northern coast. The architecture — designed by ID Laboratorium — reads like a small Cycladic village: whitewashed buildings, meandering stone pathways, a marble-floored lobby, and an iconic half-moon infinity pool that mirrors the bay. Custom furniture by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon fills every suite, artwork by modern Greek artists covers the walls, and chef Yiannis Kioroglou (formerly of La Petite Maison in Cannes) runs the restaurant program. Opened in 2022, it's the latest property from Kanava Hotels & Resorts, the same group behind Santorini's Mystique.
