Visit to a small, family-run cheese factory in the Salentine countryside. Shepherds make fresh ricotta and curd cheese by hand. Includes a homemade snack of bread, wine, and local cheeses. Genuine farm-to-table territory.
Complimentary bicycles for guests to explore the rural Salentine countryside and nearby villages. The area around Cutrofiano is flat and well-suited to cycling.
The Hurdzan-Fry designed 18-hole Acaya Golf Club sits roughly 40km from Critabianca near a natural reserve outside Lecce. Has an academy and tournament calendar. Critabianca can point guests in the right direction.
A shared sailing excursion along Salento's coastline guided by expert skippers. Covers Gallipoli from the sea, hidden bays, pine forests, and ancient watchtowers. Swimming stops included, ending with an aperitivo on board. Organised June to September, weather permitting.
A visit to an early-1900s winery still producing Negroamaro and Primitivo wines. Tour of oak barrels and vineyards, expert-guided tasting among dry-stone walls. One of the best wine experiences the area offers.

Extensive gardens with orange grove, lemon trees, agaves, jasmine, prickly pears, and seasonal fruit. Breakfast and aperitivo are served here. Guests are encouraged to pick fresh figs in August.
