Dar Mo'Da is a 19th-century riad in Marrakech's Mouassine quarter, owned by Italians who've layered their own design sensibility over traditional Moroccan bones. Five rooms in total, two pools, a marble hammam, and a rooftop terrace that genuinely earns the superlatives. The courtyard pool glows under carved arcades; the rooftop plunge pool sits above it all with views of Koutoubia and the Atlas on clear days.
