DasPosthotel started life as a post-war inn and got gutted and rebuilt in 2014 around one obsession: locally sourced, untreated timber. Spruce, oak, and Swiss pine run floor to ceiling throughout — knotted, raw, and genuinely beautiful. The Binder-Egger family runs this 27-room boutique property in the center of Zell am Ziller with a tight focus on eco-conscious design, regional organic food, and real personal service.
