A seven-room restored palazzo sitting in the upper quarter of Noto — Noto Alta — just above the golden Baroque main drag. The building dates back centuries but was recently renovated with real attention: patterned cementine tiles on the floors, walls in sage and espresso tones, early 20th-century Sicilian furniture, and sharp contemporary lighting. No restaurant, no pool, no spa. What it does have is a sunlit courtyard, a genuinely generous local breakfast, and a small, hands-on team that guests consistently describe as the best part of the stay.
