A restored 16th-century farmhouse complex in the Gard countryside, 7km outside Uzès, purchased and overhauled by the Vandeparre family and opened in September 2023. Cut stone buildings spread across two separate structures, surrounded by vineyards and an olive grove. Just 14 rooms and suites total, which keeps things quiet. The top tier at Privadière. At 100m² inside with a further 100m² of wraparound terrace, these are seriously expansive. Separate bedroom, full living room, and a bathroom that several guests have specifically called out as spectacular. Some configurations have steps to access the sleeping area or terrace — flag any mobility requirements when booking.
