Why It Matters
Named after a champion thoroughbred filly, Rymska, born on the estate in 2014. Co-created by owner Eric Feurtet and Raphaël Meyer, the property is unique in that its working farm — Wagyu beef, Mangalitza pigs, poultry, lamb, goats — supplies the kitchen directly. The restaurant carries a Michelin plate with 16/20 recognition and menus ranging from €39.50 to €132. The spa won 1st Prize in the Massage Competition at Beauté Sélection Lyon 2021.
An 80-hectare working estate planted in the rolling hills of Burgundy's Couchois region, 30km south of Beaune. The property is the real deal: a functioning farm with Wagyu and Charolais cattle, a thoroughbred stud farm, vegetable gardens, orchards, and seven ponds — all feeding directly into the kitchen. Guided visits and tastings at nearby wine estates including Château de Couches (Couchois), Château de la Crée, Château de Pommard (Côte de Beaune), and Château de Chamirey (Côte Chalonnaise). The hotel can arrange access.
Rent a Moustache electric bicycle by the half-day or full day to explore the 1,000km of Burgundy cycle lanes, including the green road along the Canal du Centre. The hotel is a certified Accueil Vélo property.

Walk through the Domaine's working farm with owner Eric Feurtet. Cattle (Wagyu and Charolais), sheep, Mangalitza pigs, goats, and all manner of poultry. A genuinely intimate look at where your dinner came from.
Visit the thoroughbred mares and foals at the estate's haras. The stud farm is the property's founding identity — many of the horses on site are the namesakes of the hotel's rooms and suites.
