Domaine des Andéols sits on a 32-hectare working estate just outside the Luberon village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, with 8 Nature Suites and 11 independent houses spread across the grounds. This is not a hotel in the conventional sense — there is no lobby, no corridor, no uniformity. Each accommodation is its own curated space loaded with bold art, designer furniture, and private outdoor living. And at the center of it all stands a 400-year-old plane tree under which the restaurant serves lunch and dinner.
