Why It Matters
The sole luxury hotel on the Cap Corse peninsula — one of the most unspoiled coastlines in the Mediterranean. Formerly Le Caribou, a mythical 1950s hotel-restaurant where Gainsbourg, Delon, and Romy Schneider were regulars.
