Why It Matters
One of the very few upscale hotels in the Corsican interior, and the only one with this particular combination: Michelin Key recognition, direct Restonica riverbank access, and a genuinely holistic wellness offer (massage, yoga studio, fitness room, heated pool, e-bike hire) all in one small property. Opened in 2004, it has become the definitive base for hiking the Restonica gorge, with direct trail access to the GR20.

The largest category by number, these are the most popular. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the garden and olive terrace — good for families, some are interconnecting. First-floor rooms give you a balcony with river views. Natural materials throughout: stone, wood, linen tones. Each has either a balcony or furnished terrace opening onto the olive garden.

Smaller than the other categories — the most compact rooms in the house — but designed with a deliberate zen minimalism that works well. Good option if you're spending most of your time outdoors and just need a clean, quiet cocoon for sleeping. Ground-floor rooms have Italian showers; first-floor rooms have bathtubs. Not the right choice if you want a lot of indoor space.

Individually decorated superior rooms, each with its own personality: 'La Baldaquin' (four-poster bed), 'La Coquelicot' (poppy room), and 'La Cabane' (bucolic feel). The biggest space in the house at 70m², and the one for families or close friend groups. Two separate bedrooms under a mansard roof: one clad in dark wood with a mountain-cosy feel (Italian shower), the other light and airy with river views and a statement bathtub behind a chestnut-wood door. The living room overlooks the Restonica and can take a sofa bed for a fifth person. Think: a proper apartment with hotel-level finish.

Inspired by a Canadian cabin — Nataly's heritage — it sits under the roof with three large skylights that flood it with morning light (close the shutters if you want a lie-in). Ideal for two, but can accommodate a young family with a baby cot.
