A 1906 Catalan Modernist palace on Passeig de Gràcia — originally the family home of wealthy textile merchant Jose Matheu — converted into just six two-bedroom suites. Designed by architect Pere Falqués i Urpí (the same man behind the iconic lampost-benches lining the boulevard outside), the building holds 57 city-cataloged ceilings, wrought-iron sinuous balconies, original stained-glass windows, and a vintage elevator. No restaurant, no lobby buzz, no crowds — just a 150m² apartment with a dedicated suite ambassador and access to the rooftop spa.

The family's former card room and guest suite — where textile clients visiting from out of town would stay. Named for the building's year of completion. The luminous semicircular stained-glass window floods the space with color. Two independent bedrooms, each with a distinct character: one neoclassical with chromotherapy tub, one modernist with floral ceiling decorations. Fully equipped kitchen, terrace.

Named after Doña Bonaventura Ferrer, who used it as her creative and inspirational space — reading, painting, and planning her textile business here. Views of the Pompeia Convent and Tibidabo mountain through the semicircular modernist window. One bedroom has a mosaic balcony, the other features a bath with chromotherapy. Home cinema system in the living room.
