Etéreo sits on nine oceanfront acres inside the Kanai development, a gated 620-acre reserve north of Mayakoba. Penthouse Suite
The two- and three-bedroom penthouses top out at 3,925 sq ft and are the resort's most private option. Private rooftop terraces add hot tubs and sky-deck living on top of the plunge pool standard. Butler service throughout. If you're celebrating something significant, this is the obvious choice.
Studio
The entry-level rooms here are anything but standard. Studios run 875 sq ft with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open the whole wall to the terrace and Caribbean breeze. Private plunge pools on many units, ocean views, and carved wooden walls by Manuel Felguérez. Deep soaking tubs, rainfall showers, minibar stocked with some complimentary items. All guests get a Guia (personal butler).
Suite
Suites start at 1,375 sq ft and come with full ocean views, private terraces with plunge pools, and the added bonus of dedicated butler service via your Guia.
