Why It Matters
ALTO, the hotel's rooftop restaurant, earned its first Michelin star in the 2026 guide. EXÉ, the ground-floor restaurant, is also Michelin-selected. The 400 sqm spa and gym are open to non-guests. The whole property was designed by Gualtiero Sacchi studio using premium Italian makers: Kerakoll, Florim (from Fiorano itself), Rubelli, and Flos. It's the starting point for Italy's Motor Valley, with the Ferrari Museum 5 minutes away.
A 1980s trapezoidal building on the outskirts of Fiorano Modenese — Ferrari's hometown — that was completely gutted and reimagined into a seriously chic 64-room boutique hotel. The exterior still looks like something an industrial architect designed on a Monday morning. Step inside and it's a different story: rooms dressed in Rubelli fabrics, Flos lighting, and Florim ceramics, all channeling a contemporary take on 1950s Italian design. And it now houses a Michelin-starred rooftop restaurant. Not bad for a town most people drive through on the way to Maranello.

At 16 sqm, this is the smallest category and it shows — comfortable, but compact. A double bed, wardrobe, and all standard amenities. The design punch is real though: custom-designed light fittings and fine fabrics evoking 1950s Italian design masters. Ideal for short stays where you won't be spending much time in the room.

At 19 sqm, the Executive Room offers twin or double configuration, a spacious bathroom, and the same 1950s Italian design language carried through the whole hotel.
