The Fairlane started life as the 1972 Fidelity Bank building — terrazzo floors, wood paneling, and a midcentury modernist facade that nobody could bear to tear down. Now it's an 81-room boutique hotel where the 1960s and 70s aesthetic isn't a pastiche, it's baked into the bones of the place. The 4,000 sq ft crown of the building with heavy 1970s flair and a wraparound rooftop terrace described as having the best views of Music City. The penthouses split into East (capacity 75, private terrace) and West (seats 14-20 for conference/private dining, wraparound rooftop terrace). Google notes fire pits and kitchenettes. Used as both a guest suite and event/pop-up bar space depending on configuration.
Standard Room
The entry-level room and genuinely solid. Floor-to-ceiling windows, Euro-top queen bed, marble shower with Lefroy Brooks faucetry, 55-inch TV, locally curated minibar, and in-room coffee maker. Not cramped — this is one of the hotel's strongest selling points versus other downtown Nashville options.
