Fasano's tenth hotel and their return to São Paulo after more than two decades, this 20-floor tower in Itaim-Bibi is the group's most design-forward property yet. Architect Marcio Kogan (Studio MK27) and aflalo/gasperini gave it warm, residential interiors that layer Brazilian craftsmanship — freijó wood paneling, basalt stone floors, pieces by Sergio Rodrigues and Jader Almeida — over the brand's Italian bones. The suites go one step further, decorated with vintage Italian imagery personally collected by Gero Fasano himself.
