Fauchon L'Hôtel Paris is what happens when one of France's oldest luxury food houses decides to make a hotel. The brand — founded on Place de la Madeleine in 1886 — opened its first hotel on the same square in September 2018, which means guests are literally sleeping inside the birthplace of the Fauchon empire. Fifty-four rooms across two merged Haussmann buildings, every single one facing outward with a real city view, decorated in the house's signature black, white, gold and pink palette. No cookie-cutter floor plans here: each room has its own character, and the two Duplex Eiffel Tower suites have a private staircase and direct sightlines to the tower itself.
