Why It Matters
The world's first hotel by Fendi, occupying the third floor of Palazzo Fendi on Via dei Condotti — Rome's most prestigious shopping address. Only seven suites, each dressed with bespoke Fendi Casa furniture, original Karl Lagerfeld prints, and Diptyque toiletries. The palazzo originally belonged to the noble Boncompagni Ludovisi family; Fendi has been its headquarters since 2005.

Positioned on the corner of Via del Leoncino and Via di Fontanella di Borghese, the suite has four windows that bathe the regal bedroom in the golden light Rome is known for. Two fully separate areas — bedroom and living room — give maximum privacy. The living area has contemporary limited-edition furnishings, private Fendi collection designer pieces, and a large walk-in wardrobe. Original Karl Lagerfeld photographs of Rome's fountains hang alongside a unique work tablet crafted by artists from Fendi's in-house atelier. The bathroom has Diptyque products and haute-couture cotton bath linen.

A corner-facing suite with two distinct views: one stretching over Via del Corso all the way to Piazza del Popolo, and another over Via Tomacelli. Generous natural light floods the oak-floored room.
