Views split between the garden and Florence depending on which room you get. Some have the charming frescoed ceilings; others are simpler. A step up in space — 15 to 25 m² — and the range includes some genuinely generous layouts. Garden and Florence views; some units have elegant furnishings with cosy slippers and bathrobes. Most Deluxe rooms have views of Florence. Bathrooms are marble with shower/tub combinations in higher-end units. Good for couples who want the Florence view without going full suite.

Fiesole sits at the gateway to cycling routes toward Mugello, Chianti, and Casentino. The hotel can advise on routes. A popular route leads from Montesenario through Fiesole to Florence — largely flat, through olive groves and cypress trees.
The ancient Etruscan and Roman ruins of Fiesole are a five-minute walk from the hotel. The Roman amphitheatre hosts the Estate Fiesolana cultural festival in summer. Far less visited than Florence's main sites.
The concierge can arrange visits to Medici Villas in the surrounding area and Berenson House — a 16th-century Tuscan house containing an extensive library, photo archive, and Renaissance and Oriental art.
