Why It Matters
Michelin-starred chef Jordi Vilà (of Alkimia, Barcelona) runs both on-site restaurants. The property is a Design Hotels member managed by Majestic Hotel Group. The €12M GCA Architects-led restoration preserved original architectural features — staircase, wood-paneled ceilings, stone cloister — while introducing entirely bespoke furniture crafted by regional Catalan artisans. The hotel also operates La Caseta del Mar, a private beach club at Sa Riera with champagne, oysters, kayaks, and paddleboards.
Finca Victoria is a €12M restoration of a 1960s private estate that once hosted artists, politicians, and Salvador Dalí and his circle above Sa Riera beach on the Costa Brava. The bones of the original house are very much here — original staircases, wood-paneled ceilings, a stone cloister courtyard — layered with terracotta floors, lime-washed walls, and hand-thrown ceramics. Thirty-eight rooms (all adults-only) range from an 18m² garden-view Cozy room up to a 108m² Pool Suite with its own private plunge pool and 79m² terrace.
