FORTH is a 16-floor, 196-room luxury boutique hotel sitting right on the Atlanta BeltLine's Eastside Trail in the Old Fourth Ward, opened June 2024. The $150M project by New City Properties and Philadelphia's Method Co. was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, with a signature exposed concrete diagrid exterior, floor-to-ceiling windows, and interiors that mix contemporary European design with early Americana — handmade wooden furniture, vintage curios, layered fabrics, and a wood-burning fireplace in the lobby. Rooms, four restaurants, a 20,000-sqft fitness center, spa, and a rooftop pool deck all sit under one roof, alongside FORTH Club, Atlanta's first private members-only social club of its kind.

The entry-level room at FORTH, and honestly not huge. But the eclectic furnishings, rich linens, Le Labo bath products, and Nespresso machine make it feel polished. Park or plaza views depending on floor.

Larger accessible version of the King Room at 385 sqft — actually more space than many standard rooms. Same luxury finishes.
KingOne Bedroom Suite
Separate bedroom from the living area — a proper apartment layout. Private residence feel with boutique hotel service on tap. Concierge available 24/7. Good for longer work trips or couples who want dedicated sleeping and living spaces.
KingStudio Suite
Entry point to FORTH's residential suite offering on floors 2–3. Living, dining, and bedroom in one open space, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Designed for extended stays with apartment-style comfort. Weekly housekeeping (not daily), La Colombe coffee, in-unit washer/dryer.
KingTerrace Fireplace King
Private outdoor terrace plus a fireplace. One of the most special rooms at the property — an outdoor fireplace in Atlanta is a real draw in fall and winter. Only one available.
KingTerrace King
One of FORTH's most distinctive room types. At 633 sqft with a private outdoor terrace, these are some of the finest accommodations in the building. Each has a unique layout. Very limited availability.

The BeltLine Eastside Trail runs directly adjacent to the hotel. Walk, run, or bike to Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, and Piedmont Park without needing a car.

2,300-sqft heated outdoor pool deck with lounge seating and cabanas. Available to hotel guests and club members. Elektra serves poolside. On good days there are DJs in the afternoon.
Boutique-style group classes taught by Atlanta's premier instructors. Formats include Pilates (both reformer and mat), Yoga, HIIT, Spin, and Stretch. The Pilates room is a standout — linen panel walls, built-in millwork, and frosted glass for a calming studio environment.
Semi-private personal training in the 20,000-sqft fitness center with a full range of strength, functional, and cardio equipment including Olympic lifting platforms, Pelotons, Concept 2 rowers, and a Skillrun treadmill with sled and parachute.
