Four Seasons Las Vegas occupies the top five floors of the Mandalay Bay tower — 424 rooms above the casino floor, but with zero gambling on-site. That's the whole point. No slots, no smoking, no craps tables anywhere near your morning coffee. The rooms were recently redesigned around a desert palette of warm earth tones, and the Forbes Five-Star spa is one of the most decorated in the state. Guests get access to both the private Four Seasons pool with its hourly passed amenities and the sprawling Mandalay Bay beach complex next door, complete with a wave pool and lazy river. Bourbon Steak by Chef Michael Mina opened on property and is now the standout dinner reservation on the south Strip.
