Frame Hotel - SoCo is a 20-suite, adults-only boutique property that opened on January 1, 2024, sitting just off South Congress Avenue behind Guero's Taco Bar. The whole concept is built on subtraction: no front desk, no elevator, no pool, no restaurant. What you get instead is a Japanese-inspired courtyard with a koi pond, custom-made lounge chairs, and 20 private suites with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto wood-lined lanais. Sferra linens, built-in oak millwork, and spa-style walk-in showers handle the luxury side. The property is family-owned and rooted in the Japanese philosophy of omotenashi — the kind of hospitality that anticipates what you need before you ask.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private wood-lined lanai facing the courtyard. Built-in oak millwork, Sferra linens on a Helix Midnight pillowtop king mattress, a sleek kitchenette stocked with complimentary Richard's Rainwater, and a spa-style bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower.
